Courtney Kocak has worked as an Executive Producer on several top podcasts, including The Bellas Podcast, which debuted at #1 on Apple Podcasts, and PayPal’s Never Stand Still, hosted by CEO Dan Schulman with guests including Matthew McConaughey, Mark Cuban, Maria Sharapova, Dr. Ibram X. Kendi, and more. Courtney was also the Managing Producer for Girlboss Radio.
Her KCRW radio story about Maebe A. Girl, the first drag queen elected to public office in the U.S., won an LA Press Club award for gender/LGBT reporting. She also produced audio as a companion to The New York Times Magazine’s 2020 photo series about food scarcity, “America at Hunger’s Edge.”
Courtney currently hosts two podcasts: Private Parts Unknown, about love and sexuality around the world, which has over 1.5 million downloads to date, and The Bleeders, about book writing and publishing.

Girlboss Radio is Sophia Amoruso’s brain child. Courtney stepped in as the Managing Producer halfway through the second season, which was hosted by Puno (@punodostres), produced by ilovecreatives Studio, and features interviews with high-profile entrepreneurs, creators, and thought leaders.

The Bellas Podcast is a weekly variety show hosted by the Bella Twins—aka Nikki and Brie Bella—entrepreneurs, WWE Hall of Famers, New York Times bestsellers, and reality TV stars of Total Bellas/Total Divas fame. The show debuted at #1 & remains among the top podcasts on the Apple charts. Courtney was the showrunner for the 108-episode first episode. Guests included Marianne Williamson, Lisa Vanderpump, Vanessa Lachey, and more.
Scriptwriter
Know It All is the Netflix podcast that answers all the questions that come up while watching Netflix shows. Sole scriptwriter for 2020 and 2021 season hosted by TikTok star Jayus (@onlyjayus), the internet’s favorite weird fact finder, via Pod People. Wrote 29 episodes; a handful were also repurposed into YouTube videos. Topics ranged from chess to Mars to Sherlock Holmes.
